When you meet your pets the first time and it's last moments.

When you first meet your pets, and spent together during it's last moments. Much has been written about the human-animal bond, and the benefits it can bring to owners of companion animals. It's the moment every pet owner dreads -when the time comes when they have to say a final goodbye to a faithful friend.
Cheryl shared her first image of her English Springer Spaniel Flynn with siblings when they were born.
Cheryl with her beloved pet and she was privileged to be the first to hold Him when he was born and I held him while he yltook his last breaths at his aged 11. There isn't a day goes by that I don't miss him dearly.
Another image of a cute and lovely puppy was held in his owner's arms, and after many years the dog has lived together with his owner. This was his last moments and the doggy said goodbye to me. I cried when I took the picture - Sad tory written by the owner.
Another sad moment, as the owner shared the photo of his beloved pet was having a fun time with his child. The owner took his pet around the park one last time before her pet rest in peace.

In a heartbreaking selection of images pet owners have shared the lifespan of their pets with their very first and very last moments with their four-legged friends. The moving pictures are accompanied by emotional messages from the pet's owners expressing their love for their dearly departed animal.

The Living Journal -Would you have touched them ? Yes I would.

I am reading this news today with lots of heartfelt emotions towards with this article self titled ; Would you touch him?

Janne, the man in the video, is a positive man living with HIV, He has partnered up with a broadcasting company and took to the streets of Helsinki, Finland, to see how people would react. People look at him, read the sign and keep on walking, seeming rather confused by the gesture.

But despite all of the weird glances coming his way, the man stands there, unwavering. It pays off when a few moments later one woman stops, squeezes his hand, and continues.
Eventually, people are seen stopping in their tracks to turn around and give him a pat on the shoulder.
The support begins to get overwhelming when two women take it upon themselves to not only touch him, but to hug him.
To his joy, those were just the beginning of many hugs that he received throughout the day, some of which that came from children.
At the end of the video, the man is seen tearing up, overcome by the acts of kindness he had received throughout the experience.

Discrimination is one manifestation of stigma. HIV/AIDS stigma exists around the world in a variety of forms, including ostracism, rejection and discrimination.  I had been involved with volunteering services that provided by NGOS. I am having some Positive living Buddhist and Christian friends and who are living mentally, physically healthy lifestyle and many had devoted their lives into their respective faiths.

I had visited the patients at the Hospital and centers , numerous of times to support and care for the patients. I felt for their pains, sufferings and not because I am a Buddhist, but rather as a human beings, we too will be suffering in a different ways and in a different ending cycle of life.

This is one of the article I would like to share and it is courtesy by this Buddhist link :-

The Living Journal - Nothing But The Truths

Nothing but the truths.

~ People fight in the name of their religion,
~ People die in the name of their religion,
~ But somehow they don't follow and practice in the name of their religion.

~ Do not utter words that can create discord and cause the community to break. Make every afford to reconcile & resolve all conflicts, however small.

~ If you never doubt your beliefs, then you’re not finding the ultimate truths.

Blame is the favorite pastime of those who dislike responsibility.

Man said to God, please show me and I'll  follow you, God said   to man, please proof to me and I will show you.

Noble Words

A man of character finds a special attractiveness in difficulty, since it is only by coming to grips with difficulty that he can realize his potentialities.

Never give up, and be confident in what you do. There may be tought times, but the difficulties which you face will make you more determined to achieve your objectives and to win against all odds.

It is too difficult to think nobly when one thinks only earning a living.

If a man cannot understand the beauty of life, it is probably because life never understood the beauty in him.

The Living Journal - Clash of Egos

Being egoist nowadays is considered something bad by the majority of people, but egoism doesn’t mean you can't be good with others. It means you do good to others because you really want to. Many of us forgot how to be egoists and thus are living unhappy lives, or are not very popular among others and so on.

Being egoist means you put yourself and your needs before all others. It means that others are no longer the driving power of your progress but yourself and your needs.  You might think it’s unfair but after all the one to blame is you, for following other's ideas blindly.

You needs to realise that nobody but you knows what's good for you and what's going to make you happy. Only you may walk your path of life and nobody else. There are too many people spend money they earned to buy the things they don't want and also to  impress people that they don't like.

A proud man is always looking down on things and people; and, of course, as long as you are looking down, you cannot see something that is above you. So never let your pride or ego stop you from reaching out to someone you truly care for, but being too egoistic will bring you to nowhere but destruction.

Remember the Lord Buddha taught us  :- The middle paths.

Every time your head touches the ground in prayer, remember it is to teach you to put down your ego.

Thank you for reading

Life Begins With Four Letter Words

The living journal is kicking start with the four letter word that matter most.

What's is the four interesting four letter words ???? Take a look at the following four letter words now and perhaps it may look like what we always associated with.

The four letter words D.P.M.S - Click Here

D - Dreams that we pursuing [Click Here]

All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. Famously quoted by Walt Disney.
We are all beaten over the head that we should always pursue our dreams, always follow our passions, always turn reality into what we believe will make us happy. We only live once, so why not live to the fullness and cast your dreams and let the spirit and your visions to live on.

P - Physically [Click Here]

It's your own life and you need to take of it on your own instead of depending on others. In today's rat race, it is impossible avoid not to have stress. Your body is hard-wired to react to stress in ways meant to protect you against threats from predators and aggressors. Once a perceived threat has passed, our hormone levels return to normal. You must watch out as you are responsible of your own risk and if you are physically not taking care of.

M - Mentally [ Click Here ]

You need to be strong. Every time you fall, take it in a positive way. Manage your stress and pressure well. Prioritise what you need to do. In many ways, our mental health is more important than our physical health. If you are mentally weak, that will pull you down.

S - Spiritually [ Click Here ]

Is up to each individual and his or her own faith. It's what you believe in from a young age, your parents' influence and also what you have encountered in your life. For me, I believe in the harmony of one's body , soul, and mind.

Invest in your soul, for example through meditation. As I am a Buddhist, I go to the monastery, listen the Dharma, talk to the holy monks and follow the Buddha teachings. The Buddha give me wisdom and direction in life. Religion brings us calmness an peace of mind. At times physical strength is not enough, you need some power in your spiritual life. I want to be a better person and faith help me direct me down this path.

To find a balance of our life, choose your job wisely and confidently that can bring you a stable income for your kids and love ones for a better tomorrow DPMS  here

The Living Journal - Cultivate For A Meaningful Happy You (Part 2)

Communicate compassionately
~ In a world where we can hide behind a computer and type anything we want, it gives a false sense of boldness. Here is guideline my mum shared with me for communication with others: "If you wouldn't say it to their face, it simply shouldn't be said."

~ Take a moment to really understand what it means to the person and remove the draft. You gain integrity when you pause. You lose credibility when you rant.

Be generous in thoughts, words and deeds
~ The most powerful generosity cost nothing. It's called KINDNESS. Kindness is the mantra of dream weavers, soul nurturers and smile creator. Whether you have money or compliments, give them away. You'll be amazed at the freedom that will result. Live abundantly, and scarcity will cease to exist.

The Living Journal - My Perspective on Life (Part 1)

Wake up to imagination, dreams and all new directions. Shoot for the moon. Write that book, create your art, design your websites.

Learn to meditate or into forgiveness. The moment you take one single step in the direction of being persistently courageous. You have chosen a more adventurous way to live. It all begins today.
  1. Take care of your body - our body is the only one you have in this lifetime. If you aren't well, how can you possibly fly up and capture those dreams that have been nagging us since they first tempted our heart? Establishing a sustainable routine of eating well with right diet and nutrition, exercise and moving your body daily and rest and sleep well.
  2. Cultivate gratitude - We attract what we offer. I am a huge believer in sharing a compliment, a word of praise or encouragement, or a letter of thankfulness.
  3. Gratitude - Is contagious, and its reward come back to you magnified. I have seen the magic first hand in the joy manifested on the recipient's face. That alone is worth it.
  4. Be confident yet humble - Confident people are some of the most beautiful in the world.  Having a gift and not sharing it with the world is a crime. Overconfidence may feel like fearlessness, but it can come across as egoistic.
  5. Wisdom - Itself resides in understanding that you will be a student of your passions for the rest of your life. There always something to be learned from every person you encounter, so be curious about the lessons, and the grace and beauty will always shining.
Your feedback is most welcomed.

The Natural Healing Remedies - Vegetables

Today the science behind the health benefits of vegetables is growing rapidly. Researchers have discovered that in addition to nutrients, vitamins and minerals, vegetables contain a various group of natural biologically active plant substances, so-called phytonutrients or phytochemicals, which plants produce to protect themselves against stress. Health experts believe these natural substances are also beneficial for human health.

Phytochemicals are natural bioactive compounds produced by plants that work with nutrients and dietary fiber to protect against disease.  Currently, the term is being used only for those plant chemicals that may have health-related effects but are not considered essential nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, and vitamins).

Research suggests that phytochemicals, found in fruits, vegetables and nuts, may help slow the aging process and reduce the risk of many diseases, including cancer, heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cataracts,
osteoporosis, and urinary tract infections.

The natural pigments that give vegetables and fruits their characteristic colors is just one important group of phytochemicals.

Some of the pigments in vegetables, for example beta carotene in carrots and sweet potatoes, lycopene in tomatoes and lutein in spinach, have antioxidant properties.
Antioxidants have the ability to block or reduce damage of cell's DNA from harmful free radicals produced in the body.

Each color group has a unique combination of nutrients and phytochemicals that has been associated with specific health benefits, such as heart health, vision health, bone health, a healthy immune system, and risk reduction for different kinds of cancers.

The Top 100 Interview Questions And Answers

Dear Job Seeker,

If the prospect of your next job interview is playing on your mind, then this is going to be the most important message you'll read today, because in the next few paragraphs, I'm going to tell you exactly what you need to do to make any hiring manager desperate to employ you!

If you've ever walked out of an interview with your head down and your shoulders up, you’ll know what I'm talking about. It’s that gut wrenching certainty that you've blown that one shot at your dream job – the interview.

What went wrong? Your resume matched the job perfectly, your skills and achievements were second to none but you messed up so badly on the questions – and why was the hiring manager sitting there with his arms folded and an expression on his face like you just insulted his mom?

You see, the truth is...in today’s fiercely competitive job market where every vacancy attracts countless applicants, it is vital to stay ahead of the competition.

Here’s why…

Tell me about yourself
The ‘tell me about your self’ interview question should be expected in most interviews, and it is usually one of the first questions that the hiring manager will pull out of the bag. It seems like a fairly informal question, but knowing how to describe yourself in a concise and positive way will set the tone for the rest of the interview, so don’t drop your guard!

When answering this question, avoid telling your life story. What the hiring manager really wants to know is how you feel your life experience is relevant to the position you have applied for. Before you attend the interview, have a think about your highest achievements and consider how you could apply those to the job you are being interviewed for.

Don’t aimlessly chatter away about your hobbies and interests.

Do include specific achievements from your past which are relevant to this job. This can include work-place achievements, educational achievements and relevant out of work activities.

Do pick two or three of your achievements to talk about. Any more than that is overkill.

Sample response:
‘I belong to a debating society which I attend in my free time. From this I have learnt very strong negotiating skills which have served me very well during the last three years working as a Sales Manager. As a result, I recently won a big contract for my employer which will ensure our sales targets are exceeded for this financial quarter. While working for a previous employer, I introduced an innovative sales method which resulted in my sales team achieving their annual sales targets six weeks before the deadline and earning the whole team a bonus.

A proven and tested interview system that actually works!

When you get this interview guide, you'll get much more than just a set of interview questions...

My insider’s guide will take you step by step through the key stages of interview preparation, from what you need to know about the company to what you need to know about yourself.

I’ll take you through the research needed to ensure your success on the day of your interview.

I’ll explain the significance of telephone interviews and the real reason that employers use them, why a positive attitude is your most vital asset and how your body language may be sending out subconscious signals of aggression, anxiety – or both - that will trip you up before you even crawl to that first hurdle.

I’ll explain why every second counts, not just from the moment you enter the building but sometimes before you even reach the parking lot.

I include the top 100 interview questions and provide you with detailed answers covering competency (behavioral) and non-competency based questions.

How impermanent can break your heart - Nepal disasters

How impermanent can break your heart  無常,可以打破你的心-尼泊爾

Uplifting" is something which raises or elevates your soul or spirit. In this world where finding peace and encouragement is quite an uphill task, uplifting quotes and sayings provide you relief, encouragement and the will to carry on. Even words of praise or laudatory remarks from someone do us a lot of good and instill hope in our being.
When stuck in adversities, it is very easy to give up and quit. When facing troublesome times, one should always seek the aid of some uplifting advice, helps which provide peace to the mind and give us the strength to just hang in there and take the bull by the horns.

Not everyone can talk or write in a manner so as to uplift someone else's wounded spirit. To uplift your soul, you have to be the hero at times. Don't let the hope go in times of uncertainty and challenges and just keep working hard towards your goal or ultimate motive in life.
Please Stay Strong Nepal ! This is the only word I can think of now and I can’t continue to keep writing something that others had been written for more than a thousand times…

Amazing story behind of an Asian millionaire .

Hi, my name is Patrick Chan, the best-selling author of Wake Up Millionaire and many other multiple books.

During this video, I’m going to share with you how you can generate income from the Internet. I know, it’s quite a big claim to make… but you’ll see how easily it can be done at the end of this video because I’ve done it.

But before I continue any further, let me share with you a little bit about myself so that you know that I’m real. The fact is, there is a lot of “noise” out there, sometimes, you don’t even know who’s real and who isn’t.

Firstly, I don’t hide behind a computer screen. This is me and to find out more about the passion of my success, and to find out more :-
